Delivery areas
The delivery of the products is made to the address requested by the Customer (we do not ship to post office boxes).
Receipt of Goods
To ensure the safety of the shipment, the shipper asks for the recipient's signature "for receipt" at the time of delivery; if this is not possible, the goods are not delivered.
If, at the time of delivery, the external appearance of the package shows imperfections, the Customer must proceed to open the package in the presence of the carrier.
We recommend checking the goods upon delivery and verifying that the quantity of the products delivered corresponds to what was ordered, that the packaging is intact, undamaged, or otherwise altered.
Any anomalies must be noted in writing on the courier's delivery note.
Any problems in delivery must be promptly reported to our Customer Service and in any case within 30 days of the calendar from order confirmation.
Returns and Exchanges
- If the products do not satisfy, a return or exchange can be requested, at our discretion, within 14 days from the date of delivery, in the original packaging including the receipt and the return shipment is at the customer's expense.
- If the products arrive damaged, send an email to info@leomasillocapri.com, within 5 days from the delivery date, we will promptly provide for any return, providing you with a code for a "carriage return" at our expense.
It is necessary to issue a telephone number at the time of purchase as this is the only way we can book collection at the delivery address with the courier in charge.
- In the event that the item is worn and incorrectly damaged, the item can be repaired (to assess the type of damage) and the cost of shipping and repair is charged to the customer.
In any case described above, to make the return, it is necessary to wait for the return authorization from us.
The e-mail with the return authorization must be inserted inside the package. Unauthorized returns are not accepted.
The return is accepted only if the procedure indicated in this paragraph is followed.
The products must be returned in their original packaging, including the receipt, to ensure that they are not damaged during shipment.
The return of the product involves the payment of the shipping costs.
We will send a communication confirming receipt of the return and activation of the replacement procedure, if necessary.
Delivery time
From receipt of the order, the delivery time of the products is 2/3 working days (14/15 days for items to be customized).
For products not available in stock, but which can be ordered, the shipping time may vary from 5/10/15 working days.
Deliveries are made and guaranteed ,
from 9 to 18, from Monday to Friday.
The shipper requires the recipient's signature "for receipt" at the time of delivery.
The Customer is requested to provide a valid address to which the goods can be delivered during delivery times.
Please promptly indicate any change of address, after shipment it is not possible to change the destination address.
At the time of shipment, we will notify the Customer by e-mail of the shipment number.
Any delivery delays exceeding 10 days. working hours must be promptly reported to our Customer Service and in any case within 30 calendar days of order confirmation.
