Within 1 working day of receiving your payment, it will be entrusted to the courier, all couriers collect from Monday to Friday but can also deliver on Saturday in some selected cities. For more information on this you can consult the website of the chosen courier directly.

Delivery areas
The delivery of the products is made to the address requested by the Customer (we do not ship to PO boxes).
Receipt of Goods
To ensure the safety of the shipment, the forwarder requires the recipient to sign for “receipt” upon delivery; if this is not possible, the goods will not be delivered.
If, at the time of delivery, the external appearance of the package shows imperfections, the Customer must open the package in the presence of the carrier.
We recommend checking the goods upon delivery and verifying that the quantity of products delivered corresponds to what was ordered, that the packaging is intact, not damaged or otherwise altered.
Any anomalies must be noted in writing on the courier's delivery note.
Any delivery problems must be reported promptly to our Customer Service and in any case within 30 calendar days of order confirmation.

Returns and Exchanges
If the products do not satisfy you, you can request a return or exchange, at your discretion, within 14 days from the delivery date, in the original packaging including the receipt and the return shipping is at the customer's expense, at:

- If the products arrive damaged, send an email to info@leomasillocapri.com, within 5 days from the delivery date, we will promptly take care of the possible return, communicating a code for a "Carriage Collect" shipment at our expense.
It is necessary to provide a telephone number at the time of purchase as this is the only way we can arrange for collection at the delivery address with the designated courier.
- In case the item is worn and mistakenly damaged, the item can be repaired (to evaluate the type of damage) and the shipping and repair costs are at the customer's expense.
In any case described above, to make the return, it is necessary to wait for the return authorization from us.
The email with the return authorization must be included inside the package. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
The return is accepted only if the procedure indicated in this paragraph is followed.
Products must be returned in their original packaging, including the receipt, to ensure they are not damaged during shipping.
Returning the product involves paying the shipping costs.
We will send a communication confirming receipt of the return and activating the replacement procedure, if necessary.
